Modafinil is prescription-only in Belgium, Germany, France and most EU countries. National rules for online supply and personal possession are not identical and can change. The country pages provide orientation only; for a binding answer use the official medicines authority or a local pharmacist.

Shipments outside the EU can be presented to customs, and authorities or carriers may inspect any parcel where the law permits. We cannot promise a particular legal outcome. If a shipment is stopped or returned, contact support; the Delivery Guarantee is assessed after tracking and carrier documentation are reviewed and does not override legal restrictions.

Travelling within the EU with modafinil for personal use is generally unproblematic. Keep tablets in their original blister packaging (manufacturer-sealed, with product name and batch number visible). Carry a reasonable quantity consistent with personal use for the duration of your trip. A doctor's prescription letter is not legally required within the EU but can be helpful if questioned at airport security. Do not carry modafinil in unmarked containers or loose in a bag — this may attract unnecessary attention.

Yes. Modafinil is on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List under category S6 (Stimulants — non-specified). Athletes subject to WADA-regulated drug testing should not use modafinil during competition periods. This prohibition applies to professional and amateur athletes in WADA-governed sports. Modafinil is not prohibited for recreational or non-competitive use.

Free shipping is available on all orders over €150 (EU-wide). Orders below €150: shipping costs €4.95 for the Netherlands, €6.95 for Belgium and Germany, and €9.95 for the rest of the EU. All shipments are tracked.

Orders use a plain cardboard box or padded envelope with a neutral sender reference. Product names, pharmacy wording and NeuroPeak branding are not printed on the exterior, so the parcel remains discreet during ordinary handling.

Every order includes tracking. If a shipment is confirmed lost or does not arrive after the carrier’s investigation window, you choose a free reshipment or a full refund. The same guarantee applies regardless of order size.

Yes. In addition to all EU member states, we ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. All orders dispatch from within the EU with tracked delivery and our delivery guarantee. As these four destinations are outside the EU, parcels may take a little longer to arrive. If your country is not shown at checkout, contact us before ordering.

Yes. Every order includes tracked shipping. Once dispatched, you receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also check your order status in your My Account dashboard.

Yes, if your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately with your order number and the corrected address. Once a tracking number is issued, the shipping address cannot be changed as the package is already in the postal system. If your order is delivered to an incorrect address you provided, it is unfortunately not covered by our Delivery Guarantee.

Delivery procedures vary by country and carrier, but typical outcomes include:

• Netherlands: Package left with neighbour or at PostNL pickup point. You receive a delivery notification.
• Belgium: Package held at local bpost pickup point for collection (typically 14 days).
• Germany: Delivered to DHL Packstation or held at local post office.
• Other EU: Carrier leaves a notification card; package held for collection or redelivery.

In all cases, the package is returned to us after the carrier's holding period expires. If this happens, contact us for a free reshipment.

Currently, we offer standard tracked shipping only. Standard delivery is already fast — 3-7 business days from dispatch across the EU. We are evaluating express shipping options for future implementation. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when express shipping becomes available.

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page as soon as your order is dispatched (typically within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation). You can also monitor all your orders in real-time via your My Account → Orders dashboard.

Modafinil contains both R- and S-enantiomers; armodafinil contains the R-enantiomer. Products also differ by manufacturer, tablet strength, excipients and price. Reported onset and duration vary between people and are not a basis for choosing a dose. Compare the labelled facts, then discuss suitability with a doctor or pharmacist.

Flmodafinil (CRL-40,940) is a fluorinated analogue of modafinil and has no marketing authorisation in the EU. Formal human clinical data are limited, so the site does not claim a validated dose, equivalence, onset or safety advantage. The product page identifies concentration, format and available laboratory documentation.

Adrafinil is converted by the liver into modafinil. It has no current EU-wide approved indication, and its regulatory status varies by country; “unscheduled” must not be read as approved, prescription-free everywhere or safe. Because liver effects have been reported, suitability should be discussed with a doctor and the current national status checked before ordering.

The dose and the way it is taken are set by a doctor on the basis of an individual assessment, and the product leaflet should be read before use. We do not publish starting doses or dosing instructions: modafinil is a prescription medicine in most EU countries, and that guidance is not ours to give. If a side effect appears — including a headache that persists — stop taking it and contact a doctor.

The dosing schedule is set by a doctor. Modafinil is authorised for narcolepsy and certain other sleep disorders; use outside those indications is not covered by the product authorisation, and long-term daily use in healthy people has not been well studied. Various approaches to breaks in use are described in the literature, but there is no agreed standard — so we do not recommend cycling protocols of our own.

Yes. Every batch of every product we sell is independently tested by a third-party laboratory for: purity, potency (correct API concentration), absence of heavy metals and contaminants, and dissolution rate. A downloadable Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every shipment. We work with WHO-GMP certified manufacturers. The manufacturer of each product is stated on its own product page.

The NeuroPeak Starter Kit is a sample pack: the product price is €0 and you pay the shipping cost only (€4.95 NL, €6.95 rest of EU). Limit: one kit per customer per address. It contains 4 tablets — 2 modafinil 200 mg (Modalert, Modvigil) and 2 armodafinil 150 mg (Waklert, Artvigil). These are prescription medicines in most EU countries; how and whether to take them is a matter for a doctor.

Both cartons declare 200 mg of modafinil per tablet — the same active substance at the same strength. What differs is who made them and what they cost:

• Modalert — made by Sun Pharma, a listed Indian pharmaceutical company based in Mumbai. Slightly higher price per tablet.
• Modvigil — made by HAB Pharmaceuticals, which holds WHO-GMP certification for the sites concerned. A lower price per tablet for the same declared strength.

A bioequivalent generic does not set in sooner, run longer or land harder than another product carrying the same substance at the same declared strength. Tables that rank brands by how they are said to feel are marketing rather than medicines information, and we publish none. The two things worth comparing are printed on the box: the manufacturer and the price per tablet. Whether modafinil can be combined with anything else is a question for a doctor or pharmacist, and it depends on the whole of what you already take. We do not publish stacks, combinations or amounts. What is worth knowing before you ask: modafinil induces the liver enzyme CYP3A4, which can reduce the effectiveness of hormonal contraceptives and of some other medicines, and it is cleared through the liver, so substances that load the same pathway — grapefruit juice among them — can change how much circulates. Alcohol is worth raising specifically, because modafinil can mask sedation. Take the full list of your medicines and supplements to a pharmacist and let them check it against the leaflet.

Difficulty sleeping is one of the most frequently reported side effects and is listed as such in the product information. Modafinil is reported to stay active for roughly 10-12 hours and armodafinil for 12-15, so the time of day it is taken affects sleep — that is a property of the medicine, not a schedule we recommend. We do not publish dosing or timing instructions: how much to take, and when, is decided by a doctor on the basis of an individual assessment, and the leaflet supplied with the product applies. If sleep problems appear or persist, do not adjust the medicine yourself — stop taking it and contact a doctor.

Modafinil is a controlled substance, classified as Schedule IV — a category indicating lower abuse potential than stimulants such as Adderall (Schedule II), but not zero. Its mechanism differs from amphetamines: it inhibits dopamine reuptake rather than causing dopamine release.

That difference should not be read as an absence of risk. Imaging research has shown that modafinil raises dopamine in the nucleus accumbens, and the authors of that work explicitly flagged the implications for abuse and dependence potential. Cases of dependence have been described, and at higher doses effects resembling those of classic stimulants have been reported.

Modafinil should not be stopped or started without medical advice. If you are worried about your own use, speak to a doctor or pharmacist.

• Liver or kidney impairment (affects metabolism and excretion)

Modafinil may reduce the effectiveness of hormonal contraceptives (pills, patches, rings); this interaction is listed in the product information. Anyone using hormonal contraception should discuss contraceptive cover with a doctor or pharmacist.

Store at room temperature (15-30°C / 59-86°F) in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep in the original blister packaging until use. Every product offers tiered pricing (e.g., 10 tablets, 30 tablets, 50 tablets, 100 tablets) with significant discounts at higher quantities. We offer refunds for: non-delivery (covered by our Delivery Guarantee), damaged products, wrong products, and quality issues. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Opened/used products cannot be returned due to health regulations. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Yes. Under GDPR Article 17 ("right to be forgotten"), you can request complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. Contact us with your request and we will process it within 30 days. Important note: we are legally required to retain order/transaction records for 7 years under Dutch tax law (Algemene wet inzake rijksbelastingen), but all other personal data (account details, browsing history, wishlist, marketing preferences) will be permanently deleted.
