1. General

These Terms govern your use of NeuroPeak and all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to order. By ordering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the products are legal to import in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify local regulations.

3. Products

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. Products are intended for personal cognitive enhancement or as prescribed by a healthcare provider. NeuroPeak does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Euros (EUR). We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA, Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and Litecoin. Crypto payments receive an automatic 20% discount. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice.

5. Orders & Processing

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. An order confirmation email with tracking number is sent upon dispatch. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

6. Shipping

We ship from our EU warehouse. Estimated delivery: NL 2-3 days, BE 2-4 days, DE 3-5 days, Rest of EU 5-10 days. Orders over EUR 150 qualify for free shipping. All orders include tracked shipping.

7. Delivery Guarantee

If your tracked shipment does not arrive, choose between free reshipment or full refund — no questions asked. 99%+ EU delivery success rate.

8. Returns & Refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a refund (minus shipping). Opened products cannot be returned due to health regulations. See our Refund Policy for details.

9. Privacy

We protect your data under GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, processing, and your rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

NeuroPeak is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the order amount in question. We do not guarantee specific cognitive outcomes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Netherlands.
