Shipping FAQ

• Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
  Yes, if your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately with your order number and the corrected address. Once a tracking number has been issued, the address cannot be changed — the package is already in the postal system.
• What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
  Delivery procedures vary by country:
  Netherlands: Package left with neighbour or at PostNL pickup point (14-day hold).
  Belgium: Held at bpost pickup point for collection (14 days).
  Germany: Delivered to DHL Packstation or local post office.
  Other EU: Carrier leaves notification; package held for collection or redelivery.
  If a package is returned to us after the carrier hold period, contact us for a free reshipment.
• Do you offer express or priority shipping?
  Currently we offer standard tracked shipping only — typically 3-7 business days from dispatch across the EU. We are actively evaluating express shipping options and expect to offer priority delivery in Q3 2026.
• Can I combine orders to reach the €150 free shipping threshold?
  Free shipping is calculated per individual order. Separate orders cannot be combined retroactively. We recommend adding all desired products to a single cart before checkout to exceed the €150 threshold. Tip: adding a combo pack or increasing your pack size is often enough to qualify.
• My tracking hasn't updated in several days. What should I do?
  Minor tracking delays (1-3 days without updates) are normal, especially during postal sorting or when crossing intra-EU postal zones. Common reasons: weekend/holiday processing, carrier scan missed at sorting facility, or temporary system delay.
  
  What to do: Wait 5 business days from the last tracking update. If still no movement, contact us with your order number — we will investigate directly with the carrier. If necessary, we initiate a reshipment under our Delivery Guarantee at no cost.
• Do you ship to PO boxes, Packstations, or pickup points?
  Yes — we can ship to PO boxes, DHL Packstations (Germany), PostNL points (Netherlands), and bpost pickup points (Belgium). Enter the pickup point address as your shipping address during checkout. Note: some carriers may require a phone number for pickup point delivery notifications.
• Can I use a different name for shipping (pseudonym)?
  Yes. During checkout, you can enter a "safe name" for discreet delivery. This name will appear on the shipping label instead of your real name. Your billing name (for payment processing) remains separate. This is one of our most popular privacy features.
• What carriers do you use?
  We use established EU postal services and registered mail carriers depending on the destination country. All shipments are fully tracked with door-to-door tracking visibility. The specific carrier is selected automatically based on destination, package weight, and availability for the fastest delivery route.
• Is there a delivery guarantee for orders under €150?
  Yes! Our Delivery Guarantee covers every order, regardless of order value. Whether you order a €5 sample kit or a €300 bulk pack, the same guarantee applies: free reshipment or full refund if your package does not arrive.
• How are orders packaged during hot weather?
  Modafinil tablets are stable at temperatures up to 30°C (86°F). Our warehouse and packaging procedures maintain pharmaceutical-grade storage conditions. Tablets are sealed in aluminium blister packs that protect against moisture, light, and temperature fluctuations. Standard EU postal delivery does not expose packages to temperatures that would affect tablet stability.

We ship to all 27 EU member states, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland, from our European warehouse — typically 3-7 business days to any destination. Shipping cost varies by zone (see the table above).

We also ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. As these destinations are outside the EU, parcels may take a little longer and can be subject to customs procedures.
